I saw this ensemble at Pitman's Freight Room on 11/21. It's a BYOB listening venue that has great acoustics. When these guys started playing, everybody's jaws dropped into their laps. I hadn't heard live jazz fusion this good for years. There were little quotes from Weather Report (they performed the Black Market title cut) and many others throughout the set. Most of the pieces were originals and they were spellbinding. Anybody that loves this genre needs to see this trio.
