expert in Constitutional Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio
Grande do Sul.

cross-jurisdictional evolution of this pivotal digital rights issue, examining
landmark cases, tensions between privacy and free speech, and the broader societal impact. From the Candelária massacre in Brazil to the "Xuxa case", the thought-provoking lecture navigated the complexities of
balancing individual privacy, public interest, and democratic principles in the internet age.
