I guess the rainy season will test the level workmanship

I have watched my spouse build many walls and you have to tie the steel to the beam/column and put a lentil up for every 4 rows of bricks so that the wall does not fall. Ten feet fences will fall if you dont have proper steel and lentil support. People who get their wall stolen have no lentils and no steel tied to the columns.
