You'll get better the more you play. Ignore people bitching at you, enjoy the game you don't need to be perfect to have fun. I suggest trying different recoil and settings in training grounds, go to the last thing and change the setting to 'small ball medium' then change your sensitivity until you can follow that ball in your retical without going ahead of it or lagging behind!
