I rode my Honda 400, almost 40 years ago with my Saab axles bungeed to the back. I didn't have the proper tool to remove the cv and a 50 miles away dealer did. Worked out fine. It was a nice day, doing it in a car seemed yucky.

man seeing this made me realize how dirty my bike is. i have the same exact bike in the metallic orange color. and i miss how clean it looked when i bought it brand new from the dealership.

2 Vance Hines both turned brown in 2 months had to send them back brown at the bottom I’m gonna get the Coffman now I wish I could of kept the Vance but made like crap

is there like a way to pull out a phone charging cable up there around the handles and make it at least rain resistant? im one of those people who would get lost without navigation when riding long distances 😂

8:39 I have gotten mine up to 140 kms many times and no wobble at all, it is a solid bike

July 2024 I bought the 2023 Honda Rebel 1100 DCT brand new, rode it for 3 months every day and put 9,000 kms (5,592 miles) on it before putting it into storage at the end of Oct 2024. I did not like the T edition so I installed the SH38X Carbon Expandable Side Cases and are way better! I love my bike and miss it! All my upgrade videos are on my channel! 🥇Videos @navimaclife

I got my 1st rebel from this dealership & they are the best I’ve purchased a few other scooters from other places, but Fox Valley Honda was by far the best place I’ve spent my hard earned $ to try & have some fun on 2 wheels 🤙

Mines blue, less then 11000 out the door. The 1100 is a great bike, I love mine. I started riding in the summer of 1967, so I have been riding longer then some of you have been alive. I would put training wheels on my bike before I got one with an automatic transmission!

Seat needs memory foam. No heated grips standard. No tall windshield. Handle bars need to go back 2 inches. Needs a bigger fuel tank.

I have the 2023 first generation 1100T and they need to put a bigger fairing, bags, and fuel tank for it to be a “tourer.” and the way they lock is awkward.” If I were to get one I would rather get the regular 1100 (or the AT/AS).

I like the upgrades. I have a 2021 Honda Rebel 110 dct. absolutely love it. I wish I could find the saddle bags. They are so hard to find and I like the original bags not aftermarket.

They moved the handlebars, foot controls, thicker seat (not noticeable by looks) but by feel yes. I sat on a 2024 and a new 2025 right next to each other. The DCT was upgraded to handle better at slower speeds. It doesn't do the sudden jerk changing gears at slow speeds. I'm saving my pennies for the Matt Black 2025 DCT version. It looks sick! Almost pulled the trigger on a 2024 DCT but after i sat on a 25 i was sold. Dont need to upgrade anything for me. Not even the exhaust. I live in an apartment complex and not about to get yelled at.

Just bought a 2025 Rebel 1100T DCT about 3 weeks ago. Love it! The handlebars move and foot peg move are awesome! The screen is good and Honda Roadsync works best on Android. Love this bike. Just did my 600 mile break in service. Btw I am 6'-1" 290lbs and I did order a Corbin seat for it but other than that fits great for me!

If only Honda would re-design the bags/exhaust. There is ZERO reason for it to be the way it is (same blunder as Harley with the Low Rider ST). The issue stands out even more with aftermarket exhaust.

They also moved the foot controls forward almost 2" and the handlebars were moved up and back a bit. I know they upgraded the seat, but im guessing you're saying its only the "upgraded seat" (the one with the diamond stitching) that got upgraded. Im pickin up the non touring version this spring. I like the changes, looking forward to warmer weather and riding again!

They did change the engine. Not significantly, but it does have a heavier flywheel and slightly more horsepower, plus a redesigned intake and exhaust. They also upgraded the DCT system. Same displacement; it's just tweaked a bit. You said it felt the same when sitting on it, but they did move the pegs forward, swept the handlebars back and up, and thus changed the rider triangle a little. It's like two inches forward, and then handlebars are a little over an inch back, and half an inch higher compared to the 2021-2024 models. Great video, and it's good to know that the changes are subtle enough that you didn't even notice them. I haven't sat on one yet.

They need to put dual front brakes on those. It just looks way better and stops way better. Even the CB500's have dual front brakes now. That screen does look nice tho.
