Nietzsche's Secret to Happiness l The Philosophy of Amor Fati
Переглядів 78021 день тому
#nietzsche #philosophy Nietzsche is often remembered for his sharp critiques of morality, his famous declaration that "God is dead," and, of course, his iconic moustache. But one of his ideas that doesn't get enough attention is Amor Fati, or the love of one's fate. This concept is both simple and radical: rather than fighting against life’s challenges, Nietzsche suggests we embrace them. Amor ...
How Language Works The Compositionality Principle Explained
Переглядів 13621 день тому
Compositionality means the meaning of a sentence comes from it's parts and their arrangement. However not all language follow this rule as it seems in idioms like "kick the bucket" where meaning comes from the context rather than the parts alone. #language #compositionality
Why Nietzsche Admired Napoleon’s Power and Ambition

#friedrichnietzsche #napoleon #napoleonbonaparte #philosophy #nietzsche Nietzsche didn’t just admire Napoleon he saw him as a living example of what humans could strive to become. Napoleon’s ambition, his ability to shape history, and his refusal to follow the crowd resonated deeply with Nietzsche’s philosophy. Subscribe to my channel if you enjoyed this video!

Albert Camus Finding Freedom in a Meaningless World
Переглядів 2,1 тис.Місяць тому
Life is absurd, Camus argued, because we crave meaning in a universe that offers none. But instead of despair, he saw freedom. By accepting life’s lack of inherent purpose, we can live fully in the moment embracing the absurd without illusions. For Camus, meaning isn’t something we find; it’s something we create. Immanuel Kant in 100 seconds

#immanuelkant #philosophy Who was Immanuel Kant? Imagine someone so influential that his ideas reshaped not just philosophy but how we understand knowledge, ethics, and even time itself. Born in Königsberg in 1724, Kant was a man who rarely left his hometown but whose mind roamed far beyond its borders. He asked questions most of us might avoid: How can we truly know anything? What does it mean...

Trust Your Instincts Recognize When a Relationship Isn't Right
WAIT, what’s the context behind the swastika on that chalkboard?? I don’t want to jump to conclusions-I know that the symbol has been used in many cultures for thousands of years as a positive symbol-HOWEVER, it has been (in my opinion) permanently tainted for obvious reasons (mass genocide). While the symbol may have been used in a positive light post WW2-it is now widely seen as a hate symbol in most of the world, outside of Asia. I’m assuming you live in North America- so I am confused as to any reason why you are showcasing that symbol, except for you deliberately being an antisemite and a white supremacist- But I know those are very serious accusations, and I don’t want to jump to conclusions, in case there is some context I am missing. But, maybe I’m completely wrong, and there’s something I am ignorant about or missing-and I’m completely willing to be corrected and educated, if that is the case!!
I’m not gonna lie I didn’t even see them until I had already uploaded it. It was a family member playing a stupid joke on me I don’t endorse any of those beliefs and am NOT a supremacist of any kind. My apologies if anyone was offended!
@ ohhh okay!! I was so confused 😭 thanks for the clarification!!

i’m 23 but whenever i talk to older people I find it quite refreshing because they simply just don’t care as much anymore
I don't think anyone with some intelligence takes those little sayings like "life begins at 40" so seriously to be scared, it's all subjective to each individual, ones life may not begin until 50, 60, 70 . Nothing is so concrete and predetermined.

Very nice video It is Karma. Imagine your self with angry cynical mind and with happy mind, coming out on the street What gives chances for making friends more? - positive happy mind so then with the state of the mind we do control our reality The decisions and outcomes are that actions-karma that go from us and comeback Even if we don’t know or don’t understand actions are made, that is karma
