How to Clean the Flat-top Grill
Переглядів 18 млн6 років тому
BEFORE YOU ASK “WHAT’S IN THE SPRAY BOTTLE?” ⬇️⬇️⬇️ High temp grill cleaner in spray bottle at beginning: www.ecolab.com/offerings/kitchen-maintenance/grease-express-high-temp-grill-cleaner
Wow someone who actually knows how to clean a flat top. Lemon juice is a pretty spendy way to counteract lye though. Vinegar?
I didn’t see anybody anybody ask what’s in the spray bottle
I don't know what that chemical you're spraying is but, I bet you're not supposed to be consuming (feed to your customers) it. Plane water does the same thing.
Very soothing and relaxing vid
I've never worked in a restaurant, I don't own a grill like this, and yet I've seen this video multiple times from start to finish.
Quel est le produit dans le spray ?
I just use water on the hot grill, scrape down (maybe twice if needed.) wipe it with a clean cloth, and reapply a light coating of oil. Dane. Takes 1/4 the time.
What was the cleaner in spray bottle?
You know they make a "brick" you can use that is 100 times more effective than this and much quicker right? What looks cool is not always the best solution. 😂😂😂😂
Just curious what solution was in the first bottle.
The Pommesbude I used to know from my childhood was using tin foil for this reason 😂
Yall season ya stove tops?
What did you spray?
Is it lemon juice at the beginning too?
i disagree with this video lmao. all you need is water and vinegar. you dont need all those shitty chemicals that you now have to hope you get off of it.
Exactly what I did at Hardee's. But without the olive oil
What's that liquid you sprayed? at first
ماهي الماده التي تم رشها علا الصاج
Unbelievable ... thank you!
What's he spraying in the beginning?
Dam this brings back memories managing a little Italian restaurant. Good times😊
This was most helpful. What is the solution in the spray bottle?

I stopped working as a line cook years ago yet im still here 😂
What’s in the spray bottle?
Amazing results!!!
Turn burners on high then dump club soda on it and scrub with metal screen.
What was the first stuff you sprayed more than than water
You're a surface level simpleton who does teenage level work acts like it's just what you have to do but never strives to get anywhere higher.
All secret special flavor is gonne
What's the yellow fluid being sprayed on the grill ????

What was the solution that was sprayed?

What kind of chemical is that?
What is he spraying on the grill in the beginning?
I wish i knew this when I worked in a kitchen
Not bad. Just started a new job, and there's this ancient flat top. I can get it to look brand new with my method, but I'm struggling with sticking the next day. I'm using the keystone Fryer/grill cleaner from sysco. Work wonders. Let grill cool down some, apply this and let it sit. scrape, wipe with white vinegar, then polish with olive/canola oil blend. Last job I did this as well, and never had any issues. So I don't know what's going on with this one. Though in my experience so far, I've had to find a new method every time i go to a new kitchen. Last job I also had more time to let cool down and let it do its job. I've got an hour to close here, so a lot less time. Any advice would be super helpful
Too much work
Now you just need to tell what the first thing was you used.
What's the name of the spray that was used ?
So what the hell is in the bottle that’s yellow? Who wants to eat food off something that’s had chemical shit sprayed on it.
Almost every restaurant uses degreaser for cleaning.
What is in the bottle
Yes..... cleaning the flat top in this method works,,, chemicals and lemon juice do add up night after night.... But i prefer the simple grill brick... Cheaper and i can get the flat top just as clean without spending cost...
C'est quoi le premier produit svp?
