A Taste of History is an Emmy Award-winning television series that sheds light on little known aspects of culinary tradition both past and present; as viewers follow celebrity Chef Walter Staib on his exploration of historic locations across the globe. The show is one-part cooking, one-part history with a dash of humor and a whole lot of personality and appeals to cooks, history lovers, travelers, and anyone who loves watching an adventure.
