Other methods include using a file or 220 grit sand paper on a flat surface using a figure 8 motion. The old school method of using nippers to roll/rip the lid off doesn't work as well as it used to. The cans are so thin that you end up with a crumpled mess....

We started in OKC and set down for the night in Denver. Day 2: Centennial to Jackson Hole WY. Day 3: Jackson Hole to Missoula for a pit stop at the beautiful Kettlehouse Brewing and on to final destination, Yakima WA for Hop Harvest. Great trip!
