Hi, first time car buyer here and medyo nag aalangan po ako sa dual airbags ni Sonet SX. For veteran drivers out there, big deal po ba ito sainyo or hindi naman masyado? I know my question sounds a bit stupid kasi safety feature ito and the more airbags you have, the safer you are inside in case something happens. I'm just curious as to why this amazing car only has 2 airbags with all the amazing tech it has. So the question is, are 2 airbags actually enough?

KIA Sonet SX is better! LOL. Also has Lock/Unlock, cheaper than the two by 100k plus, .at 113HP, more powerful than the two, has a roof rail (but for aesthetics only lol) and its a KIA, not a Chinese brand. Just the 4, 5, 6 and debatable 8, Yaris Cross beats Sonet and from experience, Toyota does have good after sales. But I have seen a lot of old KIA Picanto, Rio and Sportage still running around looking pristine. That says a lot and knowing that Hyundai is the parent company of KIA now, since 1998. Good stuff. :)

actually, who needs a powerful horsepower engine when the traffic is so bad in the Philippines? On highways, I don't go faster than 110 for fear of freak accidents which we all see on video reels. We can't drive fast in the Philippines AND, even if we can, we shouldn't drive fast because of the accidents that can happen. No one wants to be added to the accident statistics. XForce is overpriced? hmmm...it depends on which angle you're looking at.

Made in china nga parts ng Japanese cars, pero yun standard ng quality nila ay nandun parin. Mahirap magtiwala sa brand na wala pang napatunayan lalo na sa reliability. Pag nakita mo siguro sa kalsada yan na umabot ng 10yrs and above na good condition parin at walang binibigay na sakit sa ulo, pwede pa siguro consider.

If you look at Stonic (phased out)... It explains a lot... You can't call a brand reliable without generations of cars in their model line. This also happened to Ford, when they fycked up fiesta, focus and ecosport. All those models are phased out. Glad nakakabawi na sila now sa mga SUv nila.

This was my first choice (V-variant), until I got a chance to check the Kia Sonet. Much cheaper but feels more sturdier and mas maganda ang build quality than the Yaris. Parang lata kasi when you close the door, parang delicate si Yaris. Dami din "tech" which is good and bad in terms of maintenance. Though its a Toyota, tried and tested yung after sales nila from my experience, kaya its still a hard decision. I agree with your "cough"2x X-force comparison LOL.

I own the LX MT. And still can't believe I have this ❤❤❤.. worth every penny ♥️
