No cyclists has ever killed a motorist in the history of cars but tone of cyclists are killed on the roads every year it is the responcability of those that can do the most harm to look out for the most vulnerable ie pedestrians and cyclist.

Well for starters I've never seen a law stating anything more then a helmet is required. And if you'd get off you camera and drive people on bikes would be 100% safer.
