I’m currently a high school junior and looking to pursue fashion advertisement / business management or something along those lines. My mom actually worked in the fashion industry and was accepted into FIT but denied their offer and went to Purdue. This video really inspired me to take school more seriously haha. I plan to apply for MICA, FIT, Pratt and Parsons. Do you have any extra curricular recommendations or portfolio building advice? Thank you so much!

I love so much how you show your mind maps, and brainstorms and foundational patterns and then how you elaborate and build on them into more developed pieces. It really gives an inside view of your process and the process of an artist. I love that you keep those details in your sketchbook. I have so many index cards and notes to self that I'm trying to organize and the idea of having a sketchbook that also has that kind of material appeals to me and gives me a sense of freedom. Beautiful creations!
