Hi there, thanks so much for this. I have two of these machines and my issue is that the laser seems to be searching for the right place on the CD sometimes, so perhaps it's just needing a clean like this - do you have a video where you take it out the machine the right way? Cheers.

I just replaced my bose wave ( not sure what model 2 i think ?)and i have an existing dab box but when i plug it in it says insert dab update disc? I messaged bose they dont have any do you know where i can get one from?

same system here ... all works fine by scanning and find the dab radio stations - but all is absolutely silent...no noise no music nothing... FM and AM and CD works fine...

My Bose Wave Radio/CD player has static on all radio stations in all locations that I try. Can this be fixed?

Help! My Bose AWRCC3 works fine with the Radio, Aux etc, using the remote, but when you try to turn on the CD player with the remote, there is no response and no change to the display. Also, if you try to insert a CD, there is no reaction and the CD will not insert. I have changed all the Capacitors on the board under the CD player, but this did not help. Should I cange any capacitors on the main board or how can I check if power is reaching the CD section. Thanks. PS Are you anywhere near North Oxfordshire?

Hi, just watched this, I have just recently gained a wave music system with the added dab box, but simply cannot get the DAB radio to function, tried pressing the FM button for longer but still not DAB , any thoughts or ideas that may help

Hi, same question as the previous commenter. Do you still service Bose wave system please? We have same as the one in your video, and we can’t play cds and we can’t play the radio. It keeps saying Please Wait. But that’s it!can you help at all.?

NIce video. I had poor performance on cd ejection. I didn't remove that second cover to clean the lens, but I was able to clean the roller, MIcro-switch with contact cleaner and inspected and cleaned the small belt. (Rubber restore solution). If I seen your video before I did the work, I would have cleaned the lens and had better access to the wide roller. However, All good! My CD ejects 100% without stalls! Question: Do you know where a schematic is for bose awrcc1? I recapped the cd control board (not sure the actual name), that fixed the cd skippin...but I am having clock issues. Currently stuck on 24 military clock, I cant set alarm (Unit says please wait, makes a popping sound on speakers and turns off when I try and set alarm. Not sure where the circuit is for clock, etc. Any help?
