ahh, i watch this right before i get on the scale in the morning. i feel this so hard. it doesn't matter what the number on the scale is; if it's a good number or a bad number, i feel so heavy from all of this self-judgment and criticism. yuna, i'm so amazed at how vulnerable you can be. it makes me feel seen. we are enough and so much more than our relationship with gravity.

Yeah, it's true that we have to appreciate those who are watching and connecting with us. Cheers to embracing our own voices and creativity. I was struggling with motivation to be creative this week and Bethany Atazadeh posted a video about feeling behind. It was nice to know I wasn't alone in sometimes struggling with writing/creativity. Also, it's cool that you are taking a dance class. Just looked at your channel and I see you post dance videos too. Very cool! How long have you been dancing?

“you have to trust the timing and tempo of our lives” you are so wise for your age. this is something i’m still struggling with at 30. i think we both shouldn’t push ourselves and trust this feeling, this feeling that makes you record this video right before you have somewhere to be. it’s more the norm to not listen to this feeling and make excuses and censor ourselves. i read in the artist’s way that each idea that we don’t share is a creative miscarriage and is a trauma that we need to heal from. we have to bring these ideas to term or we will stay stuck under the censor’s thumb of perfectionism. thank you for this video and thank you for the shoutout!! i have been feeling a lot of the same things about my channel that you are feeling. i am so glad that you are focusing on the positive because it’s very easy to fall into negative thought loops when it comes to your art. i know that this level of honesty and truth seeking within will pay so many dividends in all aspects of your life. i’m so proud of you, yuna!!! “knowing others is intelligence; knowing yourself is true wisdom” - lao tzu

For me.. Its not 'them'..its abt 'me'(not being narcissistic though😂)But the future i imagined with the future me.. I used to have this picture perfect plot for who I thought I wanna be.. But when I eventually became who I am... as if now.. Sometimes.. I miss the future me.. With the possibilities of what I could have been.. The dreams.. The process.. The results..yeah.. I miss her.
