When we are not satisfied with our lives we must go and look for answers. Even though your rational mind might justify your daily routine as being ok, be aware of the tell tales. The idea that we should be thankful for material wealth, for an abundance of relationships and our health is a trap. We ‘should’ not feel the pain, is a false idea of what keeps us in bondage. Our soul is suffering when we do not allow ourselves to be still.
If the word ‘should’ resonates with you, you know deep inside that there is a problem. The rational mind is guided by fear. Fear that we will fall apart if the structure of our carefully designed life goes away. We are afraid of the Truth about ourselves and the idea that we are not able to handle the consequences. I understand this. I have been there. However when the Creator puts a challenge in front of us, it knows we have all the resources to overcome this. You do not have to fear. Don’t over analyze or flee into numbness.
Be open to look at the messages coming from your subconscious mind. We need to bring this to a conscious level and create awareness of the challenges. We need to give it a name and address it. Even though the problem is not physical in nature, nevertheless it influences us.
When I do a reading for you I go into deep meditation consulting the Akashic Records. You can google this phenomenon.I am not going to explain it. When we meet on the phone or zoom I share my findings about your core being. I want you to understand that this is not hard evidence of what I am saying. But absence of evidence does not mean evidence of absence. It is just that our brain cannot rationally comprehend it. There for I want you feel if anything resonates with you. Just ask yourself, could this be true?
There is a danger of sensationalism when we find stories of former lives but what I need you to focus on is the emotional energy with the unresolved issue in that life. Try to see if there is a pattern in this life that feels the same. This is how we resolve karma. The truth of certain issues are hiding but can have big consequences for this life you are living. Bringing it to the conscious mind is all we need.
If you believe in yourself the whole universe will come together and help you create a life that makes you whole.

Drawing an Apple a Day

Flow is an intense and focussed concentration on the present moment where you temporarily forget to think about yourself and instead focus entirely on the action you’re doing. It causes you to lose track of time completely and you won’t be able to say how long you’ve been doing a task and once the task is completed you will report the whole thing as very pleasant and rewarding. Many of us have ...
Learning to draw

In this course you learn the basics of drawing. Drawing is not about drawing. It is about a mind shift. All you need is focus and a willingness to let go of fixed thought patterns. I will help you draw your own hand and a small object. With hatching and crosshatching you can create value. You will learn how to make a grey scale. From the third dimension you learn to draw the illusion of an obje...

This is part of a 31 day challenge to draw an apple every day. www.jacobinao.com has the link. Day 30 Change. Let go of the way you have been doing things and try to add more grey tones into the dark and light areas. Create drama by exaggerating some areas.I never understood when they said that I needed to get outside of my comfort zone until I met a teacher who rudely broke all the lines that ...

Many people think that technology is easier than learning to draw. I don’t think so. I even might be as intimidated by technology as you are by drawing. But drawing really is what we humans naturally do. Have you ever watched a one year old rap a pencil and scratch the surface of whatever? Then you know what I mean. Babies don’t have to be taught how to draw, they naturally do it. You have to t...

About a bird of paradise and a house in Venice. You can easily combine two different scenes if you don’t like what you see around you. For example when you have a beautiful path but a background with power lines, you can go sit somewhere else to draw the background. The only thing you have to remember is the direction of the sun. Pay attention to where the sun is coming from and find the same k...

Taking something mundane and turning into a small piece of art is very satisfying. Let go of trying to be photographic in your precision, yet, have all the proportions correct. It seems a contradiction in terms but actually this is a sign of mastery. If everything is crooked and the rules of architecture are too loosely obeyed it feels childish. It seems like you don’t know what you are doing. ...

Just to give you some insight in the creation of the painting Concealed Beauty which was created years ago. I used to start blindfolded and painted with the three primary colors red yellow and blue. Being used to large wall finishings I am not intimidated by size. On the contrary, I love to explore the distance between strokes and walk a couple of steps. When you want to practice on a much smal...

Let’s talk architecture One of the most difficult subjects in drawing is architectural drawings. For one thing, you don’t need to become an architect so you don’t need to know everything. If you stick with the observation through the viewfinder, your eyes will see what a certain angle is. You cannot trust your brain. It will see the slant completely different. When in doubt get a viewfinder. Ano...

My name is Jacobina Trump. No, I am not related to Donald Trump. I was not bothered by the name Trump until it hit me personally. Following the political stage from afar I could not care less, if voting a little right or a little left. Either way, a culture won’t change that much by voting. Some laws will change, but the culture is imbedded in the thoughts of the humans who live in America. My ...

The incentive to continue to follow Trump is desperation. So many people who are desperate for life in America to be better are devouring the bait Trump feeds them. They WANT to believe he seriously cares about them and the dire situation that the non-wealthy are in. Of course, he doesn’t, but it’s all they think they have. I personally have no faith in the duopoly of our government-two opposing hands bought by the wealth of Blackstone and BlackRock, strangling the life out of the working class of Americans. Until we’ve truly had enough of the two-party system of politics-until we stop believing that the “lesser of two evils” is the best that we can do-nothing will ever change.
