Mzee Robert, good discussions but after living in Norway for well over two decades, I am of an opinion that Africa needs to forge its own economic model from scratch entirely aimed at addressing the situation as per the people of its land. And in order to achieve it, Africa needs to go through a radical process, 1. A dictatorship "system" must be in place. 2. Features of primitive communism must over weigh its counterpart of capitalism. 3. Freedoms to worship must be limited.

Professor Lwanga ,I have heard your interview/conversation on subject of coffee, cotton, tea and other "commanding heights of the Uganda economies". I am Economists with over 40 years of experience both in Uganda and abroad. I sincerely salute you in your very articulate and sound ways you brought the 100 years of history of coffee and other cash crops in Uganda. You kindly made recommendations how to revised the mistake made. I only wish many such you and others ( including Dr Seruma,) are give the platform to put their ideas to the current ruling class to hear and rethink where they are taking Uganda. To pretend that all is well in the social/economic situation in our country Uganda is just being unfair, selfish, and unpatriotic. Incidently Dr Seruma was my lecturer at Makere University in the 1974/5.then became my boss Governor of Bank of Uganda in the 1980s when I was on Bank Officer in the Bank. What you said about him are all correct and honest. I have met him in some international meetings/conferences and his abilities and patriotism is unquestionable. I pray and hope to meet you and get your books/academic materials. Thank for your time. To your words I am good Acholi and good Ugandan
