I am one of those who has changed directions a couple times in their life. 😅
Baby says Hi 😂
Amen Sister Liz!
Wow! Preach it Liz! I am so grateful for this message...why aren't people spilling out of the doors of this wonderful little church! Amen!
Wish we could be in two places at once! We always miss it when we can't come to church because we are out of town, but are with you in our hearts!

beautiful
Beautiful. Prayers in the Goodness of God to all. Amen
We saw the photographs by Joe O'Donnell at the fellowship hall, and we are glad we did. If anyone thinks Nuclear War is okay, they should see Joe's important work. He was one of the 1st on the ground as a Marine photographer after the bombs were dropped at Hiroshima and Nagasaki. His photos show the inhumanity of these weapons, and give us reason to continue to strive for world peace, and making sure these bombs are never used against human beings again.
Viewing from home in Madison, Sunday Dec 18.

Friends, It is so good to see and hear this presentation. As a one-time member of Brookmeade Church, I am highly impressed by Pastor Beverly's report of the church's progress, and the tastefully handled presentation of lessons and carols. One of these days, I hope to be in Nashville to pay a visit, probably when COVID has gotten under control. Until then, from myself and from your sister church, United Church of Huntsville, Alabama, a most joyous commemoration of the Nativity of our Lord and the community of friends and family.
I SO wish I could have been there with all of you. My spirit was there.
Sound quality very good this week. Best so far in my opinion.
I loved all the student pastors
I loved all the student pastors.
Thank you to all who shared their talents today. I especially enjoyed “ what the world needs now “ and “when you’re smiling” too of my favorite songs.
A very powerful sermon...thank you, Beverly. Your reflection was very thoughtful and thought-provoking. The David Gray segment especially moved me. Now, for continued action.....
Thank you, Keri. Yes!
A very powerful and necessary message for today and for the coming days. Thank you Becca. I especially like how you brought in the sensory memory of music and tied that into how we can remember George Floyd and other people who have died at the the hands of the powerful. You then reminded us how we can choose to act like Jesus. Human. Compassionate, taking the time to really see and hear others. For me, taking communion will be another sensory experience for me to remember Jesus’s actions and to remember George Floyd and all the others as I mentioned above. Thank you 🙏
Beverly, thank you for your message on reflection and redemption today. I am grateful for your knowledge and your experiences that you share with us as you prepare your sermons each Sunday. Thank you, Steve, for the beautiful rendition of He Ain’t Heavy, He’s My Brother. Thank you Becca for acolyting and to see the beautiful view of our sanctuary. Thank you Mike for singing the hymns. And thank you Lauryn for the beautiful videography as always.
Thank you, Beverly, for your transfiguration message, Becca for your readings, Mike and Steve for your music, and Lauryn for the videography. With a grateful heart, Keri

Ok, so it’s really a porch 😉
Watched through miracle of technology. Keep safe, my friends---COVID-19 isn't done with us yet....
Beautiful, inspiring music, my soul stirred also by the lovely natural beauty, meaningful , relevant scripture artfully woven into a message that Rev. Diane so skillfully crafted for all of us to hear....love Tolkien, and love the way that Diane is able to take a piece of timeless literature and the parable of the pearl and help us to understand what Jesus is saying to us today....God is still speaking....are we listening? Thank you to all at Brookmeade who made the service possible for today.
