There is the doglock though, but it's rare, so you'll have to insure a secondary unless you are playing on beauval. Plus, it is only used for close scenarios, and the whole point of a secondary is to give you a second but weaker shot, and one you must hit if you missed with your primary, with that kind of accuracy you need to be extremely lucky or skilled to hit the shot. That accuracy is only useful in close scenarios which don't happen that often and if they do, they happen when you are mining, and most people don't bring lootable items when mining.

You can use a blunder at close range and a pistol First shoot with the pistol at what comes closest you shoot with the blunder But don't get too close if you do big guy will pull out his blunder or if you can heal up after you've shot him with the pistol is more faster than musket, pistol and melee
