1 carrot
1 celery stick (optional)
vegetable oil
500 grams of ground beef
300ml Passata (chopped tomatoes; tomato paste)
salt and pepper
4-5 potatoes
1 egg
200g grated cheese
300g cooking / heavy cream
150ml white wine (or water)
baking pan
