In this video you say to turn your neck to the left; but it’s really that your head is going to the right. Helpful video but that part could be really confusing for some. Took me a few tries of watching this to realize that’s why my dancers were confused.

Not a fish roll, no offense, but a fish roll has an arc to it with a body roll as you come through the roll. Both feet end up coming to the floor together not one ending first. If you were to take a picture have way your feet would be towards your head. This is a split back shoulder roll. Now I understand that she might be a gymnast. I’ll better go with your style, which seems safer for me and my neck. Ok I have the arm formations and I can roll my legs/hips butt area but my neck idk how to position it to finish the roll it hurts my neck/spine how would I do it???
