@@geronimocramos ajonesa* not alioli, I’m sorry I’m being such a dick, I just read my comment back and I sound like an asshole, but alioli is not that, it’s a garlic in a mortar, traditionally without egg yolk, (but I can’t emulsify it without it), and then you crush the garlic and slowly add olive oil until it has a consistency that you like, add salt, and you’re golden. Again sorry for the dick comment earlier
