The property is very old . Windows have stains which can’t be removed. Need a lot of repair , very high community fees . Neighbors are super noisy and the fat gay neighbors first floor stripping summer all day long . Super cold in winter and not well isolated. Very overpriced and La Mairena office will give u lots of issues. The owner is crimminals / bank. His wife Catherine gold digger.
