Why doesn't the top of ours clip in the way it should? Like it isn't big enough or something. I know it is because the bottom is secured all the way around, but the top doesn't clip into the poles, and if it does then the rods disconnect on the longer sides

I have this same trampoline and ducks always are under them. Is there a way to keep them from going under the trampoline because even if I jump they just stay there and and I don’t want to hurt them.

Can you explain how to attach the net? I have done it twice and still cannot get the zipper closed. I put up the net in the right order. I start at the door and go around and still cant get the zipper to close.

Thanks for video; it helped us put together our own Jumpking 10x15 very quickly for Christmas. Question for you; can you tell me where you got your trampoline w/ basketball hoops at? We didn't do that one initially because big ticket item for our family budget; but have birthdays and had hoped to be able to add as accessories after the fact. But only basketball hoops on Jumpking's website definitely do not look like the ones you have that sits between the end poles. Appreciate any assistance.
