You can do, but you might to either gain experience in the same field or do some certifications for having an understanding of esg

If you want to pursue a career in sustainable technological development then your background in engineering would be great importance, but if you're thinking of switching towards reporting then it would need certifications and a completely new career direction

Uncc learning portal is where you can get the free courses, but certifications like auditor certification is something, needs investment, but would require substantial investment

Certifications could be helpful to get into ESG space, however, would advice you to research properly before deciding to jump in to these courses, as these courses have high investment and getting job on basis of this is not assured, alternatively grow career wise in your field and do some ghg accounting audit certifications

Hi Tabish, You can combine 2 identical tables in Power query by using Append queries and selecting both the tables. This will convert them into a single table

Combining or appending would add all your rows below the current rows. So, we won't make cost redundant

You might have to rearrange it in power query from left to right to top-down. Go to power query editor, click all columns and click on Transpose. It will make columns run top down as you see in my video. Please subscribe to my channel for your support.

Hi Shreya, in terms of educational qualifications to enter into ESG a degree in environmental education, Social studies, Policy making or even finance can help you get into ESG related roles in some consulting companies. There are some MBA colleges like XIMB, which also offers courses like MBA on sustainability. I would suggest you to do a basic research, however I can also create a separate video on ESG educational requirements. Please subcribe to my channel for videos on ESG.

@@shreyas9065 Since you're doing MBA in finance and have a background in commerce, my suggestion would be to pursue career in finance related field and then if you still are drawn towards ESG then do some certification and move into ESG consulting in Big 4.

Yes, people from Environmental fields have an edge. However, if you're deciding to pursue career in ESG, I would suggest you familiarise also with different standards and ungc principles, GRI and SASB .

Hello Brother, Thanks for checking in, we have imported data into power in the same format as in the Excel file, if you see the video around 5:50 mins. The point you're referring too, is actually a aggregation function. So, when we use charts for visual representation, there are some columns in the table which becomes the x or y column of the chart and then there are some data like for instance sales in this case. When we add sales into values of the chart, it will aggregate it as per the columns in x or y axis and by default it will take sum function. We can also convert it to count, average etc. You would get a much better idea when you play around after downloading the power bi desktop..i hope my response was useful to you..Thanks!!
