I agree with you about katang. I felt all their romantic sense together were very forceful and not really well developed. I mean kissing someone in a cave just because one think it is the only way out and other is just have a very strong crush on the other is not really a great show of true love. Compere that to jumping Infront of a lightning bolt and nearing killing yourself just so the other won't get hurt. So yeah, over all katang I just don't think they work out together and I think the only reason they ended up together in the end is just because that was their plan the hall time and they thought the hero should get the girl. Katara deserved better.
