The deck could use some polish. I didn't care much for the outside of the house but the inside was great. I would add a pool.

Everything inside being so vubrant and polished seems to make the deck feel a little bit left behind- is that the natural finish of the wood? Could it be freshened up somehow? Theres so much care and attention clearly given to the inside of the house, the bathroom palette and the warm wood finishes, it feels slightly disconnected. I hope the new homeowners love it!

Yeah.... In Georgia we just got a huge 4 bedroom 3 bath for 230k with similar features to this and twice the size and the only thing wrong is one side needed repaired AC and the pool needed cleaned up. Nothing is more inflated than the housing market...
