We traded for a 23 4rnr and Apex gps tracker was dealer installed. It has a dongle and powerd by the OBDII connecter. I disconnected it and remounted the OBDII CONNECTOR. The annual subscription can be up to 700 a year. I cantemove it without ripping dash out. So it is zip tied and disconnected. Dealers are pure evil deceivers.

The reason they are so strict about it is because if you default and your car gets repo'ed, they have your money and will resell the car, over and over. They can get a lot of money from several people and still have the car to sell everytime it gets repo'ed.
