It seems to me that all the gray and white paint is shipped to el paso , and they use it! When l think el paso , l think spanish colonial ? Or earthy desert colors. I know you have nothing to do with that. Your video was superb! I am reaching my retirement age and am looking at el paso or las cruces, so far el paso has not impressed. You did a wonderful job with the video

So this house could use some tlc! MBR wall was patched up, can see the difference, the door to bathroom needs to be replaced also patched up and didn’t bother to even add a new handle, Just covered it up & springs missing from top .Has dry rot master bathroom outside shower. All faucets in bathroom need to be replaced, has excessive corrosion & calcium build up. Kitchen under sink has dry rot. All cabinet doors need to be replaced or repaired in the kitchen, all are scratched and or chipped. Tried garbage disposal, not working even tho plugged in & electricity on. Upstairs needs to stretch the carpet it is loose or replace it. house needs a good good cleaning and paint job up & downstairs. This house more of a handyman’s dream. Not turn key ready!

I’m not trying to be negative but builders build the most simplest homes for the most money….for example the kitchen on this home and even on some bigger homes for the kitchen center island it has drywall with the back part being a cabinet instead of being one full decent looking cabinet kitchen island .And then the kitchen is very simple all small tucked in a corner all crowded. And instead of most new homes today having a nice range hood most come with a microwave above the stove. And for the big prices builders are selling you can’t even get a half decent landscaping when buying a home, rock landscaping in the norm and not to mention the small back yards with just dirt. I know you are just the agent so this is not going towards you.

Now as my guest enters they see me sitting on the toilet if they look left...BAD DESIGN🤣

So as I enter the front door I see my mother sitting on the toilet to my right...Bad Design🤔
