people are so dumb they see a horse and say oooo its not going to hurt me but if you see some videos of people getting badly hurt to the point of dieing in some cases and messing with the horse can also mean hurting the Guard, in the process its best to keep a distance and if you want to take a photo ask first because sometimes the horse might be stressed and it can turn worse.
