summer in jamaica | a visual diary
hey y'all! we went to Montego Bay, Jamaica to celebrate one of my bestie's 30th birthday. This was my 5th time to Jamaica, but it was by far the most wild ride! tap in to see the time we had!

‘Go where you feel empowered’ is deep❣️. I am not a group fitness girly. I’ve tried classes here and there and I just prefer a traditional gym workout. I keep saying I want to try a solid core class, but I never look into booking it. Because of you, I might look to see what my options are in Dallas for some group fitness classes in the fall.
Literally will be thinking about that all week! I totally understand that! I think they are great when you want to mix in a different type of exercise or go to a class with a friend! I’m glad this video helped - keep me posted with what you try in Dallas!🤗

Little tip, warm up the strawberries and sugar so the sugar dissolves into the strawberries. Sometimes I make a whole batch of strawberries, sugar, and a bit of water boiled down. Then you let it cool in the fridge and you can add them to whatever you want. I looove making strawberry milk that way 😊

Why are we ashamed of our natural hair? It has been over 15 years that i have been natural after losing my hair due to a thyroid condition. There are so many beautiful natural styles...braids, cornrows, puffs, locks, twists. I love this You Tuber loving her own hair.

Ik I always had a beautiful curl pattern , but I wanted different styles and I took risk of damaging my hair to a point where I had to evaluate myself and hair . Since being natural I have said if I want certain different hairstyles I would have to buy good quality hair to achieve certain looks keeping my natural hair protected from harsh chemicals. Now ofc braids we all know to go cheap but them silk press looks mhmm gotta pull out them bundles and wigs lol 😂.That’s my story.
