@@occasionalfeelgood23 well this is in creative. the last time I actually mined and gathered resources for something relatively this size.... Maybe 1 complete hour of just nothing but gathering and maybe an hour of simple building but nothing like this. Building this in creative alone takes like an hour of just what the hell am I doing kinda of thing. I actually live streamed that base being built. The video is called building a hotel base it's under my live streams

@SmudgysCoasters I just recently started doing it as a actual thing to do and I've enjoyed it.. except that one time I accidentally closed the game without saving

@ yeah subnautica survival is way too scary for me so I just build cool bases with receptions, sleeping quarters, reactor rooms, research wings etc..

@SmudgysCoasters I honestly think you should give it at least 1 playthrough. It's an amazing game. It's scary at first but the more and more you play the more used to it you get to the point you will just tell everything to shut up and go back to swimming

@@michaelaG240 the best way I can tell you is to watch gameplay. Honestly it's probably one of the best games I've ever played. Below zero is ok but og subnautica is outstanding. Your first playthrough is going to be scary as hell with all the giant creatures charging you in certain areas. The base building is quite different from any other game, truly I would either watch my gameplay or watch someone else's cause it's really fun

@@OmegaAni nope, they didnt expect someone to actually go to dev zone and so they didnt make more ocean from that side, so the tecnical limit you can reach is not where you get teleported but where is that wall, only on that side of the map

@sandro8901 I do know if you follow a certain path you can go into a hole on top of the frozen leviathan that leads into a glitchy area so you can see the entire leviathan

Story location spoiler alert!!! If you like some little secret to motivate you to play there is actually an alien artifact that most of the people don't know it exist, idk if you know it, you can find it on one of the big icebergs close to maida garten, luckily the developer made that you dont need all the artifact to actually unlock all the blueprint... or else this artifact needed some Internet research to find... (WARNING, PRAWN SUIT NECESSARY WITH GRAPPLING HOOK, its hard to climb without it)
