Ingredients:
1 tablespoon Flavorless Oil
1/2 medium Onion - finely chopped
Fresh Ginger
4 cloves Garlic - minced
400g Clams (fresh or frozen)
3 cups Water or Vegetable Broth
3/4 teaspoon table Salt
1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Flakes
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
Fresh Green Onion - chopped
Instructions:
1. In a heated pan with oil, saute the onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant. Add the cwashed and cleaed clam. Pour the broth a nd let simmer until the clam opens. Add seasonings and chopped green onion. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.
