Same for Sasaki or the plan could be Sasaki on 6 days rest and same for May but less thrown innings per outing. At any given time, the Dodgers will most likely have 3 of the 13 pitchers that have minor league options at any given time until Ohtani returns. The 3 pitchers who have minor league options are Gonsolin, Knack, and Sasaki. This will play out for the reg season. The 13 pitchers not including Ohtani: 1. Snell 2. Glasnow 3. Yamamoto 4. Gonsolin 5. Knack 6. and 7. May and Sasaki - hybrid starters and relievers. This now only leaves room for 6 other reliever: 8. Treinen 9. Phillips 10. Scott 11. Banda 12. Vesia 13.
