Several weeks ago, we shared a sneak peek into a special project we’ve been working on - a home renovation featuring the stunning Florence Broadhurst wallpaper design, ‘Waterfall Garden’. The incredible response to this project has been so inspiring that we’re excited to reveal the next stage of its journey.
This bespoke order required a design that would subtly shimmer and suit a space near the kitchen. To achieve this, we selected a material thicker than standard wallpaper, making it both durable and easy to clean. For the added shine, we printed the design on a special metallic stock, sourced from our talented friends at Materialised, who offer a unique finish perfect for such projects.
Take a closer look at the video (we can’t stop watching it!) and you’ll see the beautiful metallic background and the seamless application of ink directly onto the rolls. The result? A flawless finish every time, drying instantly for precision and ease.
The final step happens mid-December when the wallpaper will be carefully hung in its new home. We’ll be there with cameras ready to capture the process - no pressure for the hanger, of course! We can’t wait to share the final reveal and show how this iconic design comes to life in such a meaningful way.
