Thats what you have been told, but thats not true. If you never went to the gym and NEVER worked out your biceps for 26 years they would ALSO be weak AND vulnerable to hurt and physical trauma. But does that mean you have a muscle problem or need to heal them? NO the problem is you never strengthened them in the first place. Sorry to inform you but you have been given the wrong paradigm for "healing."

if you had weak biceps, do you need to "process" you have weak biceps? OR is the solution to STRENGTHEN THEM? Hmmmm. :). I think you science might be off because it is PROVEN you can STRENGTHEN your emotional muscles. You are welcome. :)

I'm sincerely flattered by that comparison. I've never met Bentinho Massaro, but he seems like the real deal! Someone I'd love to meet one day. Yes its great to have a few trigger phrases that really shake out the BS quickly! For example.... "If not now, when?" Question: "When would be a better fucking time that right now to take a REAL stand for myself?" Answer: "I think now sounds pretty fucking good to me!" :)
