For someone who's interested in Spanish politics and society, you're a light. It is important for people of our generation (I assume you're in your 20s) to understand the world we live in. If young Spaniards like yourself will keep asking these simple but good questions about your country (these like "why do we sustain royalty who offer us nothing but scandal?"), maybe something will change. I've seen the girl who was the mole on a language learning channel before, so I knew she wasn't Latino. But even without that, the Stroganoff would have totally given it away! Every country has its own unique dishes that we'd probably prioritize over that one, lol. Maybe if she had claimed to be from Argentina, Southern Brazil, Chile, or Uruguay, it would have made more sense since they have a good number of Slavic settlers.

Hola, soy de Chile y te puedo comentar algunas cosas. En nuestros países, al igual que ustedes, nos nombramos por nuestra nacionalidad. Es en EEUU que las personas provenientes de algún país de latam utilizan el latino. Aquí en Chile al menos no utilizamos mucho los pronombres, pero no estoy segura de cómo será en otros países ya que las formas de hablar son bastante distintas. Cada país tiene "modismos" distintos como el boludo que mencionaste, pronunciamos letras de forma distinta, conjugamos distinto, utilizamos el usted o el tú de modo distinto. Pero al final nos entendemos igual (Dicen que el chileno es una de los más difíciles de entender) En cuanto a los bailes, es verdad lo que dices. Saludos
