As a resident of an existing M3M, I can say their construction quality is very poor. People get lured into their projects. Once flat is handed, you will realise the biggest mistake of your life. Affordable project vali luxury and pathetic construction. Beware of this fraud builder.

In Gurgaon one there is no 3 bhk unit available at 10500. Not sure how did you evaluate. Rather it has best location for commuting as compared to other projects you mentioned. People of rest of societies are stuck in traffic and struggle to reach Dexp due to high density in that area
