Many different ways, but what has helped the most are referrals from current clients and Instagram in order to solidify a new clients trust one they see my work.

Hey girl, I rent out my own room from a salon and I pay monthly. On a weekly basis, I subtract all the POS system fees and any supplies that I needed from my gross pay. I put some of that money into savings and then I calculate my actual take-home pay that way.

I get new clients from the salon I work at, word of mouth, Instagram, Facebook Marketplace listings, Adds on Instagram and Facebook, family members. I still have slow days and when that happens I focus on creating more content so I have it ready to go on my busy days. I’m a year into my business and I’m still learning how to gain more clients. 💕

Because it was part of our agreement. However, after that day I was given a key to open the salon when I need to so that doesn’t happen again.
