Sorry to hear about your hearing problem. Terrible for someone who loves music. I have tinnitus in my left ear. Sometimes it gets so loud it's hard to focus on anything else. Fortunately most of the time I can ignore it.
It's not as troublesome as yours is, but it's just annoying I cannot get it fixed due to lockdown and thus not being a 'life threatening issue'...
This should be over soon. I will pick up my pace once I resolve my hearing problem...
