Hey there, ive seen around your youtube and ive seen you make alot of good tutorials. I have really been a fan of jpop ever since i heard hatsune miku isnt a meme but a actual singing thing (yeah, my story is a bit weird), and ever since i heard Yoasobi's Racing into the night and imase's NIGHT DANCER. I really dont have any experience in digital music (apart from using a keyboard as a piano) but im willing to make jpop music. If you can really make a tutorial on how to make songs from the bare bones (like just a computer) it would actually help me alot. Thankyou!

I love this so so so much but it made me realize I'll never be good at music :( writing such good melodies looked so easy for you meanwhile I can't even tell which notes are which. I can hum a good melody but I can't translate it onto any instrument because I don't know wtf an E sharp is. But I'm happy I can at least appreciate this awesome video.

Quick question, I saw you're using a 1176 VST comp on your guitar, I've got a few similar VSTs (including the stock vintagecompressor in cubase) so any chance you could explain a bit of how it's dialed in? I also noticed it's an insert and not a send, so you compressed the tracked guitars individually and not together. Also curious about which tele pickup position? When making a song, are the lyrics written first and the sounds later to fit to the lyrics or first the music and then the lyrics but making changes so they both sound good? 🤔
