No, the renders are 2D or 360 but not video. We are working on exports to other systems that focus on video rendering for designs drawn in ClosetPro.

Hi Rick, if you have an Enterprise account then you may need to go to Settings | Misc. and turn on the TAG feature first. If you are using the system through a manufacturer, then they may not offer the TAG organizers for you to use.

Hello, when you get the email to view your renders, it is for all of the renders attached to that job. It will always open to the first render submitted unless you rearrange the order they show up. To see the other renders, there are arrows on the left and right side of the render-viewing page where you can scroll through all of the renders attached to the job. To rearrange, delete or download the renders: Go into an active design and go into the View All Walls in 3D page where you submit the renders. Click the Camera right side slide out and at the top will be an "EDIT" button. Click that button and in there you can rearrange, hide, delete, etc.

90 is the distance (X offset) from the left side wall where the height begins to change again. So the wall is starting at a height of 78" (X offset of 0"), then slants up to 96" (X offset of 45"). The wall continues at a height of 96" until it is at an X offset of 90", then begins to slant back down to 78" for the height at the end of the wall.

@@ClosetProSoftware I got you, but I guess my question is was there some math involved in how you got the 90" at that point? Like how did you know that that X offset was 90"? I'm sure you didn't measure the ceiling. Or did you and I'm overthinking it?

@@alcovyBKNY So this example we were not measuring an actual wall, just demonstrating how the slanted ceilings tool works in ClosetPro. However, there are a few ways to get this measurement: You could use a tape measure to measure the appropriate vertical line from where the ceiling slants, make a pencil mark on the wall, and then use the tape measure to get the distance from that mark to the left wall. You could also utilize a plumb bob or a laser measure to get the appropriate vertical line and distance from the left wall.

Yes, the designer will get an email when a proposal is accepted. If you're not receiving one, you may need to check your junk/spam folder and set the ClosetPro automated emails as a Trusted Sender.

You can adjust the wall sizes by going into an active design and clicking the pencil next to the design name in the top left. In there you can adjust ceiling height, wall lengths, etc. To update a proposal, click on the hyperlinked Proposal ID in your proposals table. Then you can update line items, attach new documents, etc. to the proposal and update it. If you have a design that you need to change that is currently on a proposal then you can either Release the proposal which will delete the proposal and put the design back in your active designs, then make any changes and create a new proposal. Alternatively, there is a copy button on the left next to the Proposal ID which will copy all of the designs off the proposal while leaving that proposal in tact. You can then make the updates to those designs and put them on a new proposal.

Hi Daniele. Yes, there is a "Release" button next to the proposal document which will delete the proposal and put any designs on the proposal back into your active designs.

Hi Susan, the "Fill" option comes into effect when you have the "Prefill Closet" checkbox checked. Be sure to not prefill the closet when drawing your layout for the design - this will allow you to select "All" for every wall in the design. @@ClosetProSoftware There is no "Prefill Closet" checkbox to check. The only way to draw my own closet is to use Custom. I have checked EVERYWHERE in the software and there is NO Prefill Close box to check!!! I will send email with screen shots to the email.
