My theory is that at the end of distraction she is going to make a deal with tio but mr sticthy didn't want that and tio might have been so mad and mr stitchy made zizzy look different and why she can't speak is because stichy told her she won't speak anymore and accidentally made her a bit short and now she became the lonsome wayfarer i think

the theory is very good. However i do believe you missed out on one thing. In the end cutscenes of book 1, bunny is shown as infected. It could be, that dessa, attacked bunny in the eye, after bunny attacked dessa first, and as a final escape and to put an end to this, shot bunny with her own cross bow. but since dessa was attacked, she soon turned into one of them.

Lonesome Wayfarer can't be zizzy or any female character, since in one of the journal entrys from season Kona Klip calls lonesome wayfarer he/him

It’s not zizzy because in the journal entry for the season6 season pass it says the the lonesome wayfarer is male

I still support the theory that the lonesome wayfarer is Zee simply because Minitoon has said that Intercity takes place enough years for us to meet returning characters, meaning Intercity takes place a couple years after Book 2 and potentially Misfits. So it can still very well be Zee

We also know that Kona has seen the lonesome wayfer too and he knows some information such as its helpfulness and that it’s looking for someone. I am going to guess this is one of our main zebra characters that were affected by the insolence such as Zee and Zizzy because Zuzy never saw Tio or was never in the hidden ending battle. Also why would Zee be looking for someone (maybe the voices in her head) probably not she is in no condition to be looking for something on her own. So I highly think it’s Zizzy since it’s right near the refinery, she is known to help people as seen in carnival where she invites us to the safe place without knowing a lot about us. And the person she is looking for is probably either the safe place group since that’s like her home or ordered to find Tio and destroy him (the orders are probably from Mr, Stitchy)
