Hi bro, Few things you can check. Instead directly asking the dealer whether it's flooded or not. 1. Go with manufacture year and month (Dec 2023) 2. The Location of your showroom (was the location affected by the flood or not) 3. The Location of the showroom godown (was the location affected by the flood or not) Manufacturer cannot play with VIN details so no worries on it. Just validate these and do a thorough PDI

Ground clearance wise, you will not have issues like Honda City but you have to be careful, plan and go in the speed breakers which is high in height. Regular ones, it will easily pass thru

It depends on your usage bro, you just have to set your mind for the known issues in diesel for DEF issue and Altroz city drive will not give you a great comfort. If your driving pattern is high in city then I would suggest to look for different car or if you drive mostly in highway go for Altroz

Not biased for sure, compare to petrol one diesel is the beast but there are known issues. You may have not got that error but majority of the people gets it and they have to review the engine in different speed and higher RPM to clear that out. This is expected, that's why I said to have the mindset

It is worth to buy if you are a highway commuter. If you are looking for a city comfort then test drive Baleno or I20 or even Citroen C3

In Altroz, Diesel is the best of the beast. 1. Performance 2. 1.5L 4 Cylinder Engine 3. Mileage 4. Comfort, driving dynamics, stability, control all same like petrol. 5. Only negative will be you might get DPF error frequently but there are options to clear those out and continue run. 6. Service wise, you need to make good rapport with the SCA and ensure, you keep work with him so things will move smooth 😉
