Hi there!
Thank you for joining me on this adventure! I'm Jessica and I'm a mama to three wonderfully active children. I like to cook simple, delicious recipes that don't require a laundry list of ingredients, half of which I cannot pronounce. As a Korean American mother, it is important to me that my children learn as much about their culture every chance they get. I believe food is one way to learn about our culture. Korean Egg Roll Omelette | 계란말이
Gyeran mari is Korean rolled egg or omelette. I use my 10" nonstick pan to make this banchan but you can add more eggs and use a bigger skillet or use the same size and make thicker rolls. For those of you on keto or gluten-free diets, this is the perfect breakfast as the only ingredients in it are eggs and whatever fillings you want in it. I do add a bit of milk to mine as I like my eggs soft but it is completely optional. Enjoy!

Lovely idea, but not sure how keto friendly these really are using fresh onion instead of spring onions/scallions/ powdered onion and fresh garlic rather than garlic powder as both have a higher carb count plus corn starch?
Tgays a bit ridiculous, carbs in onions and garlic are nearly negligible in the grand scheme of a recipe. Cornstarch, maybe so, but again, it's divided over several servings for a recipe.

All you do is add Korean pepper flakes into the batter when you mix your ingredients. Or you can drizzle hot sauce on top of made pancakes.
