RUN AWAY FAST. Bought a new build in Jackton and it’s my biggest regret. Open end in the loft causing the bathroom to stink of shite. Walls bowing all the way up the staircases. Shower screen coming off the wall. No underlay under the carpet. Garden is an uneven marsh pit. Roof tiles slipped allowing rain to pour into the loft for weeks and into the room below. Kitchen poorly fitted. Pipes in the kitchen not insulated and closed properly so my home is at risk of frost and vermin. Two instances of water ingress. Decking is warping. Customer service is an absolute joke and they’ll try to get out of fixing stuff properly. RUN RUN RUN.
