Okay so I've just stumbled across this as I was looking at some part time barista jobs in my local area, cut the guy some slack. Firstly he's recording it with 1 hand so of course he can't tilt the cup and pour the milk at the same time you daft mongs. Secondly I've seen people slander that he done the milk way too early, he's just showing you how to do it,you can choose to actually do the milk when you want, either before,after or during the coffee being poured. Thirdly, y'all need to calm down about the appearance of coffee. Like who in their right mind thought coffee was supposed to look like some sort of art piece before you drink it. You're gonna drink it eirther way and it's gonna end up in your system all the same,so what does it matter if a dark ring is around the edge of a cup or not? It's still a coffee,so stfu you whining mopey ballbags and at least appreciate someone trying to help others who might not know how to do it themselves,or are curious of the process

I am only working for a large cafe franchise for a week. And I am not even in the bar yet, but I still see how wrong this all was. Jesus!!

That is whack I'm sorry but can u not get the ring by pouring the milk straight in tilt your cup towards the jug An give the espresso a swirl in the cup so it creates a darker ring round the outside
