Whatever they say in favour or against the STAR of the stars, she will for ever be remembered as the best actress of her era and the most beautiful woman of the 30s as well as the most sophisticated actress ever plus that halo of mysticism that remains undisclosed up to date. Did you notice Aristotle Onassis in one of the photos? About 3/4 of the way through. Can't miss him in his trademark shades.
Part of her mystique was her disdain for unwanted publicity and staunch protection of her privacy. How she managed and dealt with it in the celeb culture of Hollywood was amazing.

These photos are awful there is nothing close up of here face
But they are not studio photos. They are informal shots taken by friends. I have not seen these pictures before and it's great to see her relaxed, smiling, laughing even. She never smiled for people taking pot shot pics of her on the street. This was an invasion of her much cherished privacy.
