VOR approach briefing on Airbus A320| Jeppesen approach chart briefing | VOR approach RWY 07 Indore✈
This video explains how to brief a Jeppesen approach chart for VOR approach on an Airbus A320 aircraft. Most part of the briefing is generic and you can modify the procedure as per your aircraft.
In this video, VOR RWY 07 of VAID (Indore) has been briefed prior to the approach. Two types of approach briefings namely: the overhead approach and the DME arc approach has been explained.

Will this work for military transport aircrafts? Like IL76, AN32, C17 etc, and do these military transports too have ILS/GPS or do they use conventional glideslope approach
Many military aircrafts do have ILS approach capability. Some also have GNSS based approach capabilities with augmentation (GBAS/SBAS)
Shouldn’t you arm the APPR Pb when the FDP is the TO waypoint?

No. At 8000 feet the oxygen level is much less than at ground level... But this is considered very safe for passengers. On B 787, the cabin altitude is 6000 feet hence for long distant flights 787 is more comfortable than other airplanes.
So RNAV(GPS) approach AND RNP approach are both GPS Approaches bases on internal computation of aircraft and gps . But the difference is RNP needs On board performance monitoring and alerting system for more accuracy . Am I right? Please clarify?

Can you explain how to use the Manual mode toggle switch
So the way it works is: We use the vs toggle switch to change the cabin rate of climb/ descent to adjust the cabin altitude manually. The toggle switch is sluggish. So for that reason we first toggle it upwards/ downwards and then wait and observe the cabin altitude rate of climb/ descent. The cabin rate of climb/ descent has different values depending on your aircraft's barometric altitude (refer FCOM). The toggle switch basically controls the outflow valve position which can be observed in the Cain pressure page.

Hey Dg 27, I just came accross this excellent channel and yesterday tried the RNP approach scenario with the Toliss A319, and it works even better than in the FSLabs A319 ( P3D ). Even the FMC pages and ND are more accurate. Will try this scenario and see how it goes. Wonder if anyone uses Airlinetools A32x ? P.S.: Just confirmed my Toliss A319 does it beautifully !
