Great video. What about a categorical variable that ordinal. From a little to a lot? Would you dummy code the same way and then would the 0 or 1 dummy variable be considered nominal or ordinal?

How should we report the data for a scenario where we have a categorical variable with three or more categories (2 or more dummies), where SPSS will generate a row with different Beta and significance for each dummie? I have seen articles where this scenario happens and only one row (Beta/significance) is reported to represent the whole variable. Thank you.

Great video. But just have a question. in the table of "Variables in the Equation" (11':28'') How did you conclude that "Slot4(1)" was for yes , but not "slot4(2)"? Second, what is the use for the information in the next row (as for slot4(2)?

Wish the variables and the example were easier, would have made a lot more sense. All the variables' names sounded the same to me hence could not follow the video. Try to take easy examples and sample to keep your audience engaged!

I have two variabled but when run t test in SPSS message is view "t cannot be computed because at least one of the groups is empty" kindly help me. And Variable 1 Values like 41, 38, 27,... and Variable 2 Values liked 23, 43,39,...

But can we state this difference as significant without t test?
