My goal with this channel is to make cooking approachable, to show how easy it can be to make amazing meals at home even when your kids and animals are buzzing around the house. Making delicious recipes in a real environment to keep meal time in your home fun and exciting. We try new things, elevate old recipes and keep it fun.

I'm just regular guy, a husband and a father, with a passion for cooking, and it's the encouragement of my family that resulted in this channel. I'm a self taught cook who simply likes to cook the things I like to eat, but at as high a level as I know how. Cooking for me is a way to relax, flex my creativity and learn as I go.
